Define, update, and deploy production processes and procedures used for managed NAND (mNAND) development. Ensure quality standard compliance in mNAND manufacturing, according to Micron Corporate quality goals (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF, ASPICE), to prevent and resolve production issues. Support mNAND Development Organization during internal and external audits, gap analysis and assessments. Coordinate the team during preparation audits and assessments and for the closure of possible non conformances/gaps. Support mNAND Development Organization in the definition of Training Profiles, curricula assignment and coverage monitoring. Define and deploy Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA) approach in mNAND organization and supporting firmware system DFMEA Core Team Leaders in creating and updating DFMEA for each project to improve efficiency and quality. Support mNAND Development Organization in the 8D analysis for internal and external Customer issues. May telecommute part-time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Engineering Management or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Process & Methodology Engineer (MNAND)- related occupation.
