Micron is currently seeking a dedicated and detailed individual to join our team. In this role, you will have the chance to work with advanced technology and collaborate with a team of accomplished professionals.

As a Technician at Micron, you will focus on the operation and minor maintenance of SEM, FIB, and TEM platforms, as well as support physical failure analysis. You will support both on the pilot line and the manufacturing line, ensure tool performance and optimize tool efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Micron product families, including NAND, DRAM, and EM

  • Interact with product engineers to address requests, priorities, and general communications

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supplier representatives at all levels

  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize tool performance, and feed product into the equipment

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of FAB process steps such as wet etch, dry etch, PVD, ALD, CMP, etc.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

  • Experience with SEM or FIB platforms is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve issues

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Willingness to work any shift, days and nights, on a rotating schedule

Education:

  • Required: HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Preferred: Two-year industry related associate degree, Military training/experience or Working towards STEM related degree

  • Previous experience or knowledge in semiconductor physical failure analysis (SEM/PFA) preferred but not required
