What You Can Expect:

This position will coordinate and support several key programs in the Revenue Integrity department. Examples of these programs include but are not limited to the department work management process, management of the CDM compliance tool, and coordination of our internal Risk Mitigation program. The person filling this role needs to be very organized and have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. They will actively engage with team members across the health system and be the face of these high visibility programs. They must be willing to have fun, work hard, and have a true passion to solve problems and help others!

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in and knowledge of Revenue Cycle, Charge Master, Charge Capture workflows.

• Advanced organizational skills

• Experience leading projects

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying leader levels.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree

• Experience: 3 years experience.
