As an ID1 Change Management Program Manager, you are responsible for working with leadership teams to run projects and programs that support site mission and goals. Your specific focus would be on handling change requests effectively to ensure tool installation proceeds effectively. This position will be driving site programs and projects through the PMI defined five lifecycle phases of a project to achieve specific business goals and objectives defined by site leadership. You will ensure accurate design of programs to predict results and outcomes critical to success.

We will be hiring this position into our Boise, Idaho location to help drive the success of our expansion goals. Relocation will be provided for those individuals that are interested in relocating.

Responsibilities and Tasks of this position

Environmental Health, Safety, and Security

  • Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations

  • Be an active participant in the EHSS program by reporting all EHSS-related concerns or problems immediately to the appropriate individual (ERT, Supervision, etc.)

  • Be proactive in reducing incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards or environmental releases

Program Manager for Assigned Programs

  • Primary contact for sponsor regarding technical performance of program towards metric benchmark

  • Work with program sponsors and collaborators to define the problem to be solved, define project scope, measurements of progress, timelines for achievements and completion, and resources to be used

  • Track the performance metrics for the program and the associated projects

  • Publish regular updates to business partners summarizing project and program performance

Project Management System and Reporting Owner

  • Manage Program and Project Management Software Systems

  • Develop reports for users on project and program data

  • Administration of the systems used for project and program lifecycle, database, and reporting

Project Management Process Owner

  • Define, Implement, lead, and continuously improve PM Business Processes

  • Deploy and implement project management processes and practices throughout the organization and partners to insure alignment to worldwide standards

  • Continue Developing PM Culture

  • Collaborate with sister sites for benchmarking

  • Advocate and demonstrate value and use to all team members

  • Apply organizational change management principles (ADKAR, etc) to lead the people side of changes needed for program success

Provide PM Training and Documentation

  • Develop content and source material for all project and program management training

  • Build and deliver class content

  • Build and maintain all documentation for site wide project/program management, and business processes

  • Provide consulting to leadership on use of PM skills in site career paths

Education

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

  • PMP Certification or Project Management Training desired.

Required Experience

  • 3 years of semiconductor/manufacturing experience

  • Tableau and Power BI experience (Other strong reporting skills as applicable)

Preferred Experience

  • First-on knowledge of Tool Installation in a semiconductor Fab
