Shift:  Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM

Pay rate: $21-$37/hr. DOE

Location:  Boise, ID

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and leaders on issues and changes, and provides regular status updates

  • Oversee workforce readiness and proficiency by monitoring and assigning training

  • Assist managers in managing their schedules

  • Create and form trusting relations ships with peers

  • Initiate tasks and execute accurately

  • Participate in event planning and be a point of contact for the extended workforce

  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years in Project Administration or related field

  • Microsoft Collaboration/Office Software; SAP Platforms; Workday Platforms

  • Relevant degree or appropriate certification or job experience

  • High level of PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Innovative 2020 Microsoft Office collaboration software skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, and punctual

  • Passionate, positive, self-motivated, and dedicated to high-quality work

  • Team player with self-confidence and professional presence

  • Strong administrative skills with an understanding of purchasing office equipment and maintaining inventory

Preferred:

  • Material Take-off, procurement ordering experience

  • Knowledge or experience in workspace design, such as seating and efficient desk placement for maximum space efficiency
