Job Title: Sales Administrator

Job Description

Multinational Technology company is seeking to add an experienced Sales Administrator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, proficiency with CRM software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include opportunity distribution, order placement, order support, and customer interaction.

  • Responsible for validating customer entitlement, log case for the purpose of routing or dispatching an end-user to the proper resources.

  • Monitor the service event through completion for compliance.

  • Manage the service requests of customers through different access channels.

  • Reviews customer feedback related to customer entitlement & case management and analysis of statistics related to customer access (phone) & case management.

  • Route calls and processes as well as case logging systems and obligation systems.

  • Provide resolution and feedback based on analysis.

  • Participates/leads in projects for process or quality improvements.

  • Works with escalated customers and recommends actions in post incident reviews.

  • Manages multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision.

  • May act as a mentor or trainer in the team.

Hard Skills

  • 3-5 years of Sales or supporting sales experience.

  • High school diploma (required)

  • CRM Software Experience (Microsoft Dynamics Preferred)

  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face.

  • Computer proficiency.

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Accuracy in data entry.

  • Excellent fluency in language to be supported.

  • Experience in a phone based remote role.

  • Familiarity with computer technology.

  • Time management skills.

  • Strong understanding of internal processes, tools and usage of such tools in managing daily tasks.

Job Type

This is a 2-year Contract-to-Hire position with the potential to convert permanently.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position requiring some 2-days (Tuesday and Wednesday) onsite in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. With 3-days remote (Monday, Thursday and Friday).

Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
