Mission/Purpose of the Job

Coordinate all parts, service & inspection activities for branch. Supervise and support the service technicians and inventory/lot responsibilities for the branch - and supply mechanical resolutions to Arrow inventory to include stock trucks, repos & trades. Oversee all activities related to the operation of service department and lot responsibilities of the branch. This position reports to the Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Secure parts and coordinate service activities on Arrow inventory

  • Arrange and negotiate pricing for parts and services purchased for branch

  • Manage Arrow parts inventory

  • Support and manage team of technicians and inventory/lot responsibilities of the branch

  • Timely and accurate estimates/invoices for work performed by technicians and inventory coordinator

Essential Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates

  • High School Degree ( Minimum)

  • CDL required (or ability to attain within specific time frame)

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

  • Must have high organization skills, ability to multi-task, and quality focus. Technical experience with heavy duty vocational and highway trucks. Ability to work with Microsoft Office suite of products. Inventory control background or experience. P&L responsibility background or experience. Management or supervisory background or experience.

  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience

  • Inventory control experience strongly desired
