Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH)in Bolivar, MOis hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team providing services to residentsat Parkview Health Care Facility.

Our team of therapists promote restoration of the functional abilities of individuals through appropriate therapy treatments. We prioritize patients by listening to their needs and goals, and by communicating with physicians and other providers to achieve the best possible outcomes.

A typical day will includeassisting therapists to provideindividualized patient therapy treatments, providing patients with directionson the use of rehabilitativedevices and equipment, documenting patient care services, and updating patients' recordswith relevant and timely information.

This position is full-time, Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Requirements Include:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current State of Missouri Physical Therapy Assistant License
