Sales Agent - Salary and Commission

Adecco is hiring multiple permanent Sales Agents for a sales center in Boones Mill, VA. We're looking for highly self-motivated and empathetic people to join a hands-on sales team.

Salary: $5,595- $10,595 /month

Schedule: Monday-Thurs (8:30am to 6:30pm), Friday (8:30am to 12:30pm)

Location : Boones Mill, VA (on-site)

What would a day in this position look like?

  • Sales Agents will arrive at the sales center every morning and log onto their computer.

  • They will receive transfers from people calling in to inquire about funeral insurance and receive a quote. About 70% of the calls will be incoming, and 30% will be outgoing calls made to warm leads. These leads have requested to be contacted by a Sales Agent.

  • Each customer call could take from 5 minutes to 2 hours, completely dependent upon each client’s situation.

  • The Sales Agents will explain the different policies and then gather personal information from the client in order to create a quote for their funeral insurance plan.

  • Make commission on every sale you make!

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
