Sales Agent - Salary and Commission

Adecco is hiring multiple permanent Sales Agents for a sales center in Boones Mill, VA. We're looking for highly self-motivated and empathetic people to grow with this company!

Salary: $5,595- $10,595 /month

Schedule: Monday-Thurs (8:30am to 6:30pm), Friday (8:30am to 12:30pm)

Location : Boones Mill, VA

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k

What you’ll do

  • Answer incoming client calls requesting funeral insurance quotes

  • Discuss available plans and client eligibility

  • Call warm leads interested in hearing about insurance options

  • Maintain and keep in touch with a pipeline of prospective clients

  • Provide excellent customer service with a high level of empathy

  • Ongoing sales skills development

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Outstanding phone presence (think about tone, communication style, use of professional language)

  • Willingness to be on the phone for 5 hours/day

  • Ability to empathize with clients in sensitive situations

Pay Details: $5,595.00 to $10,595.00 per month
