Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania. The role entails coordinating and dispatching operations, managing customer service, and maintaining proficient use of business systems. This position is within the logistics industry and requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and dispatching operations to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.

• Utilizing ERP solutions and business systems to manage and oversee logistics operations.

• Maintaining accurate customer service records and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Managing billing functions and ensuring accurate invoicing for logistics services.

• Utilizing Microsoft Office and other tech tools to maintain and update logistics data.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations in the logistics process.

• Demonstrating strong multitasking skills to manage multiple operations simultaneously.

• Utilizing strong communication skills to liaise between customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

• Demonstrating proficiency in CRM systems to manage customer relationships and logistics operations.

• Continuously learning and adapting to new systems and processes to ensure efficient logistics operations.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics coordination role

• Proficiency in business systems is required

• Experience with Cargowise software is preferred

• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is essential

• Knowledge of ERP solutions is advantageous

• Experience with 'About Time' software will be beneficial

• Must have the ability to handle billing functions effectively

• Strong communication skills are necessary

• Must have excellent customer service skills

• Experience with customs procedures and regulations is essential.
