Description:

The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the pharmacy’s operations including overseeing prescription dispensing personnel & operations during shift. Ensure proper technique, accurate preparation and compliance with applicable laws for of all pharmaceutical products dispensed during shift.

• Managing the pharmacy staff, monitor inventory levels, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Must be willing and able to train, coach and counsel all technicians.

• When needed the staff pharmacist shall take part in shipping and handling of all prescription orders.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment

Qualifications/Skills:

• PharmD

• 2+ years of experience within Long-Term Care Pharmacy

• Experience in a managerial/supervisory role preferred

• 2+ years of experience Handling the Business side of a Pharmacy

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changes

Details/Additional Information:

• This position sits on-site in Boothwyn

• The hours for this positions will be 9AM-6PM but flexible (standard 40 hr work week, Monday-Friday) with OT as needed.

• Occasional Saturday shifts from 10am-3pm
