Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Analyst Intern to join our Customer MDM (Master Data Management) and Customer 360 team. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to support the development and implementation of MDM solutions and Customer 360 initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management and analytics within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the Current Design of customer MDM & Customer 360.

  • Assist in the implementation of building new data products.

  • Collaborate with Other Data Engineers and Data Scientists to develop scalable data engineering solutions that leverage technologies such as Databricks, Python, PySpark, and SQL.

  • Basic understanding about pharma commercial data sets.

  • Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.

  • Participate in the testing and validation of MDM solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.

  • Assist in the creation of documentation, including technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and user guides.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data and trends.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • This position is hybrid located in Cambridge, MA

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Operations, Pharmaceutical Management, Engineering, Sciences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic understanding of data management concepts and practices.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

  • Proficient in MS Office suite and Office online tools

Internship Eligibility

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship

  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2025 or later

  • The internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (June 2nd- August 29th) or (June 16th - August 22nd

  • The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames

  • Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates

  • Takeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:

$21.00 - $46.00

The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. internship benefits vary by location and may include:
