Description

We are seeking a Litigation Partner to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in the legal industry, particularly with a focus on litigation. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in the firm's development, leveraging your legal skills and experience to help build out our team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your litigation skills to represent clients in legal proceedings

• Draft legal documents such as affidavits and draft motions

• Attend trials and provide support in legal proceedings

• Conduct legal research to support cases

• Prepare summaries of depositions

• Handle discovery responsibilities, gathering and analyzing evidence for disputes

• Assist in managing court cases, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and organized

• Write legal documents and advice, ensuring all legal writing is clear, concise, and legally sound

• Provide assistance to other members of the legal team as required

• Utilize your trial experience to support the team in court proceedings and trials.

Requirements

• Must hold the job function of an Senior Associate or Partner

• Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience

• Should possess skills in Litigation and Litigation - Defense

• Experience in Discovery, Trial Attendance, and Affidavits is necessary

• Must have Trial Experience and proficiency in Legal Writing

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant is required

• Should have the ability to summarize Depositions

• Experience in handling Court Cases

• Knowledge of Draft Motions is necessary

• Book of business or previous book of business required
