Robert Half Contracts Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are in the search for a Contracts Manager to be a part of our team in the Financial Services industry. This role will be based in BOSTON, Massachusetts, United States. You will be handling complex negotiations, working closely with contracts and leases, and maintaining solid knowledge of IT and market data contracts. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex negotiations, ensuring all terms and conditions are agreed upon and adhered to.

• Manage various forms of contracts and leases, ensuring all terms are met and any discrepancies are promptly addressed.

• Maintain a deep understanding of IT and market data contracts, using this knowledge to guide decision-making and strategy.

• Utilize skills in Adobe Acrobat and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to manage and organize contract data.

• Ensure all contract amendments are properly documented and communicated to all relevant parties.

• Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure compliance and identify any areas of risk.

• Manage billing functions related to contracts, ensuring all invoices are accurate and paid in a timely manner.

• Administer claims related to contracts, working to resolve any disputes in a fair and timely manner.

• Utilize knowledge of clinical trial operations to manage contracts related to clinical trials.

• Use Business systems to maintain accurate records of all contracts and related activities. Requirements • Must have proficient knowledge of 3M and Adobe Acrobat software.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required.

• Experience with Banner Ads and Business systems is necessary.

• Ability to handle amendments, auditing, billing functions, claim administration and clinical trial operations.

• Must have a solid understanding of financial services industry.

• Experience in a similar role as a Contracts Manager in the financial services industry is preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Must have a keen attention to detail.

• A degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and ensure compliance.
