Robert Half Contracts Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our team located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is integral to our operations, with the primary focus on managing various vendor agreements, non-reliance agreements, and other investor-related contracts. You will be working in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems and maintaining compliance within the Life Science industry.

Responsibilities:

• Review and manage various vendor agreements, ensuring they are in line with organizational policies and legal requirements

• Draft and redline contracts off templates to meet specific needs and circumstances

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for contract negotiation and finalization

• Oversee lock-up agreements, ensuring they are properly executed and stored

• Handle non-reliance agreements, ensuring they are in line with industry standards and regulations

• Train and cross-train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and 3M systems for efficient contract management

• Perform regular audits of contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Handle billing functions and claim administration related to contracts

• Monitor and manage Clinical Trial Operations and Clinical Trial Agreements. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M and Adobe Acrobat software

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Demonstrated experience with Banner Ads and Business systems

• Knowledge of contract Amendments and Auditing processes

• Experience in Billing Functions and Claim Administration

• Understanding of Clinical Trial Operations and Clinical Trial Agreement

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Science or related field

• Experience in Redlining and contract negotiations

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

• Familiarity with legal requirements and procedures of contracts management.
