Insight Global Global L&D Strategic Partnerships Manager - LONDON in Boston, Massachusetts

53.85- 66.45 GBP/ HR

You will be a Global L&D Strategic Partnerships Manager at a Top Consulting Firm where you will support the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships in executing key initiatives and driving operational efficiency within the Global L&D team. This role will focus on managing vendor relationships, streamlining communication and tools, and enhancing the value of internal and external assessments. The Manager will assist with project management, vendor contract management, and the development of processes to optimize vendor performance and L&D capabilities. They will collaborate with internal teams and procurement to implement best practices for vendor evaluations, negotiations, and benchmarking. Additionally, the Manager will contribute to the development of a vendor management Center of Excellence (CoE) and improve internal tools like CustomGPT. This position will play a key role in enhancing alignment between vendors and the L&D lifecycle to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a 12 month contract with a hybrid schedule, going into the office 1-2 days a week!

Skills and Requirements

5 years of experience in Contract reviews and vendor management in professional services

 Experience in excel, PowerPoint creation, and reviewing tableau

 Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field Project Management experience

 Experience working with AI and automation tools to streamline processes. null
