Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager based in Boston, Massachusetts. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in our team, leading our company's human resources functions. This role spans a range of responsibilities from developing HR strategies, managing recruitment and selection processes, facilitating onboarding programs, to overseeing performance review processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of HR strategies that align with company goals.

• Manage the entire recruitment and selection process to ensure the best talent are hired.

• Oversee the onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.

• Supervise performance review processes to maintain and improve employee performance.

• Regularly update the company handbook to reflect current policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with our PEO provider to ensure seamless HR services.

• Assist in managing benefits and leave to promote employee satisfaction and retention.

• Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure all HR activities comply with legal requirements.

• Utilize HR Management Systems and MS Office to streamline HR processes. Requirements • Possess a deep understanding of Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with Compliance laws and regulations related to human resources

• Proven experience in Employee Relations management

• Knowledge of Hiring Processes and best practices

• Prior experience in Corporate Recruiting

• Proficiency in Automated Payroll systems

• Ability to manage and resolve complex HR-related issues

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Strong decision-making capabilities with a strategic focus

• High level of professional integrity and confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• HR certifications would be considered an advantage.
