Position Overview:

The Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for working within firm systems, databases, and resources to source quantitative and qualitative data to support the production and ongoing maintenance of various automated and manual marketing collaterals. The role will also assist in identifying/executing new and impactful ways to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the marketing reporting platform, and provide tactical support for strategic, data, and integration projects, as needed.

The successful candidate will have experience in or knowledge of the investment management industry and know how to navigate within a fast paced, collaborative, global team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and support the ongoing maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc marketing collateral, including fact cards, commentaries, presentations, flyers, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of collateral updates through the execution of quality controls, peer reviews, and data checks.
  • Work closely with various business partners across the firm, including but not limited to, legal, design, technology, and product management.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in managing and executing product actions across all collateral and templates.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve production problems related to assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Work with team and business partners off-cycle on enhancements to templates and processes.

Position requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of financial services marketing experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with content automation tools such as Seismic and AEM; as well as Adobe applications InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
