Ryder System Recruiting Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts

Summary

Ryder is currently hiring a full-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer. The Sourcer's role is to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. This individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects and day to day routine assignments.

  • Support the recruitment team with the following tasks: Identify and interact with potential passive candidatesServe as the primary point of contact for incoming candidatesFacilitate/coordinate interviewsMatch candidates' skills to available openings in their areaCommunicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

  • Provide broader Human Resources department support, including: Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needsMaintaining employee profilesEmployment ScreeningsProvide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment teamSupports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in related field

  • Three (3) years or more in similar Human Resources role required

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.

Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type :

Hourly

Minimum Pay Range:

$20.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$22.00

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
