Boston University SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Quality Management & Compliance in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Senior Administrative Assistant will be the face and voice of the projects. Business Development Office and assist in projects/duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean for Business Development. The assistant will prepare agendas, edit various documents and publications, respond to verbal and e-mail correspondence, take meeting minutes and create presentations and materials for various meetings.

Required Skills

  • Associate's required, Bachelor's preferred

  • 1-3 years experience required, 3-5 years preferred

  • Must have strong written and communication skills and a pleasant personality.

  • Must be a self-starter, proactive individual capable of managing processes; uses good judgment and have exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • This position will work from both Medical and Charles River Campus.

  • The individual must exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion.
