Randstad is partnered with a reputable and international law firm to fill a position managing the business development function for corporate new business. This is an opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team in a senior role. The ideal candidate will bring experience in business development in a large firm, along with superb communication and leadership skills. Qualifications: -Progressing and increasing responsibility and success in business development in the legal space -High professional and attention to detail

salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the firm's growth targets.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the legal industry.

Create presentation and materials in accordance with firm practices and standards for new client acquisition

Support attorneys in networking events, follow up, and/or any activities towards fostering new firm business

Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development goals with the firm's overall strategic objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and secure repeat business.

Coordinate with legal teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.

Lead the preparation of proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business.

Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate, persuasive submissions.

Work closely with attorneys, marketing teams, and other departments to support business development efforts.

Organize and lead internal meetings to strategize and coordinate business development initiatives.
