Our client is a large, reputable Bank in Boston and looking to add a Senior Credit Risk Specialist to the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable firm with excellent long-term incentives.

The Senior Credit Risk Specialist position is responsible for conducting reviews and examinations targeting the effectiveness of credit risk management at a large, globally systematic financial institution. The position requires proficiency in capital markets risk dimensions and businesses, with a primary focus on wholesale credit risks. The specialist must ensure all aspects of the financial institution operate in strict adherence to banking laws, regulations, and policy statements.

Key tasks include leading the management of wholesale credit risk, conducting complex reviews and examinations, and making effective judgments on highly intricate issues. The specialist is also expected to negotiate, influence action, and resolve conflict that emerges throughout the process. The specialist may participate in cross-institutional reviews, provide leadership, or coordinate assistance for national supervision program management.

Requirements
