GOALS:

  • Work with GDO, R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to inform functional requirements for Veeva Vault Clinical eTMF

  • Partner closely with the Business System Owner for the system portfolio to capture the prioritization of functional requirements

  • Serve as a key contact for Veeva Vault Clinical eTMF including to inform system-level process definition, training development, and change management

A CCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Document functional requirements for the system(s) in alignment with GDO/R&D business and strategic priorities.

  • Partner with the Business System Owner to drive the functional prioritization of system requirements and capabilities and contribute to the development of the overall Veeva Vault Clinical roadmap.

  • Partner with the with Product Manager(s) for Veeva Vault Clinical eTMF to ensure functional requirements are translated to system requirements and planned for releases.

  • Serve as primary contact for business-side system questions, coordinating with Business System Own and other key stakeholders to find a timely and accurate resolution to questions.

  • Drive business-side User Acceptance Testing of new system features and capabilities. This could include the creation of UAT scripts, coordination with functional UAT testers within the business, conducting UAT testing, documenting outcomes, and communicating to the product team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred, advanced degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, data transfer, data model roles or 6 or more years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.

  • 3 or more years of experience in the life sciences preferred, with experience in clinical trial management/operations preferred.

  • Expert level expertise with trial master file technology.

  • Expert level expertise with product management and requirements elicitation.

  • Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment and navigating complex issues/situations with vendors to achieve business results.

  • Ability to navigate complex challenge with a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Experience with communication and presentation to cross-functional audiences.

Massachusetts - Virtual

U.S. Base Salary Range:

133,000.00 - 209,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
