Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Business Process Architects and Business Process Strategist team members, including but not limited to, staffing levels, employee development, change management, high team morale.

  • Oversees the day-to-day execution of transformation initiatives supported by Business Process Architects and Strategists.

  • Responsible for managing specific projects, coordinating activities, and ensuring that transformation initiatives are achieved.

  • Allocates team resources effectively, prioritizes competing demands, and ensures that project teams have the necessary support to achieve their objectives.

  • Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, senior leadership, FinOps leaders and SMEs.

  • Engages with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives. Communicates progress, addresses concerns, and fosters collaboration among key stakeholders throughout the transformation process.

  • Identifies and mitigates risks associated with transformation initiatives, ensuring that potential obstacles are addressed promptly to minimize disruption.

  • Fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, facilitating the adoption of new processes or systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years’ experience in leading teams that drive strategic initiatives and system and process improvement.

  • History of successful execution on strategic initiatives/process & system improvement

  • Management experience, leading high performing teams

  • Strong collaboration skills

  • Problem solver mindset

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
