Description

My client, a Real Estate Property and Development Firm is looking for a Senior Property Accountant to join their team. The Senior Property Accountant will report to the Assistant Controller and handle a portfolio of properties both residential & commercial along with some development work. Compensation for this position is $100-115K + Bonus + Free Healthcare and Free Parking. Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related

• 4+ years of Real Estate Accounting experience

• Commercial Experience is a big plus

• Development experience is a plus
