Key job responsibilities

  • Create and execute mechanisms to prioritize roadmaps, drive transparency and collaboration across stakeholders, improve execution efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction across 6+ software teams.

  • Negotiate priorities, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make data-driven tradeoffs that balance near term execution with long-term strategy, and balance customer and business needs against technical constraints across a VP level organization.

  • Deliver communication up to VP level stakeholders and leaders.

  • Drive a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to find new and better ways to identify and solve problems.

  • Build consensus and define architectural strategies across Director level organizations.

  • Define and track success metrics for cross-organizational programs.

About the team

We are Jobs domain infrastructure team. Our vision is to enable jobs domain teams to quickly and efficiently construct employee change workflows into internal productivity tools, abstracting data processing complexity, ensuring data consistency, and instant read-after-write for quick decision making.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

  • 3+ years of software development experience

  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
