The Role

Lumen’s Enterprise Operations Front Door Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager who has experience within sales, employee, customer, and partner experience, as well manage any sales deal that our Enterprise Delivery teams action on . In this role, you will have the opportunity to continue to innovate, streamline, and enhance our partnership with our internal partners. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our internal governance on all deals coming from our Sales Partners. This individual will need to understand products, delivery solutions and be able to coordinate meetings across all levels of leadership, partners, and Enterprise Operation delivery teams.. This position is essential for driving programs that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business performance. The Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to oversee key strategic programs, ensuring a seamless and integrated customer/internal experience across all touchpoints and make sure all teams are in support of the solution/delivery scope that the customer is either purchasing or Sales is selling to them.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding and focus on customer business outcomes and business value insights through a design-led thinking.

  • Oversee the execution of key programs, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and desired outcomes. Build programs from the ground up, focusing on measurement and prioritization to deliver maximum results.

  • Foster alignment and ensure a unified approach to customer experience by working with sales, marketing, product, and partner teams.

  • Utilize data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and continuously enhance the Front Door Process

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing change and driving transformation initiatives within the AI and technology arena.

  • Drive growth by focusing on programs that increase revenue, accelerate deal velocity, and foster long-term customer relationships.

  • Lead data gathering, analysis, and interpretation to create actionable insights driving desired results.

  • Experience and understanding of partner ecosystems and product houses

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Typically 5+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience or 2-3 years with a Master's Degree.

  • Project Management Professional / Project Management Institute (PMP/PMI) certification is highly desirable

  • Possesses detailed knowledge of one technology or professional discipline, or basic knowledge of several areas. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts.

  • Experience in the transition, implementation, management and execution of large-scale contracts

  • Experience maintaining excellent customer relationships

  • Ability to manage process/procedural changes - thorough understanding of Federal Government contracts

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task, stressful environment

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$80,510 - $107,340 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD

$84,740 - $112,980 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

$88,980 - $118,630 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$93,210 - $124,280 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
