Job Purpose Summary

• We are seeking a Senior Analyst / Manager, Financial Systems with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. Person on this position is involved in managing Corza’s financial and BI systems and analysis of the financial results and budgets, working closely with FP&A and Corporate Finance departments.

What you will do

• Lead the administration, maintenance and development of Corza’s BI system (Vena) to meet the company’s financial reporting and analysis needs,

• Design, test and implement new reports to support management’s business needs and enhance existing reporting and budgeting processes,

• Collaborate with IT department on managing data flows from various source ERP systems to Vena to other systems,

• Liaise with Vena consultants to resolve any technical issues and explore new features or modules,

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including updating and preparing input templates for contributors,

• Assist with month-end close process, including reconciliation of results across different systems and correcting variances,

• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are quipped to utilize Vena effectively,

• Assist with onboarding Corza’s new acquisitions into the BI system,

• Assist in setting access rights for new employees, following established protocols and security guidelines,

• Performs other appropriate duties upon request by the Director of FP&A or CFO.

What you will need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems management,

• Experience working with Vena, including reports mapping, data modeling, creating workflows, editing calc scripts, etc.,

• Experience in data modeling and database management (ETL, SQL Server, etc.),

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, VBA experience is beneficial,

• Experience working for a multinational / multi-currency business with consolidated financial statements is beneficial,

• Programming experience is beneficial,

• Power BI experience is beneficial,

• A passion for continuously learning new technology,

• Resourcefulness and eagerness to learn and grow, takes initiative to find answers,

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills,

• Ability to meet constant deadlines

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to work remotely with occasional office visits,

• Preferably located in Boston, MA area or EST time zone,
