Our dynamic, growing client, an esteemed firm in the international private equity and real estate investment industry, is actively seeking a highly proficient VP, Accounting within Corporate.

Your key responsibilities:

• Managing the monthly financial close of foreign subsidiaries

• Accurate financial reporting of the Management Company foreign subsidiaries, including foreign currency translation and possible consolidation

• Conducting foreign jurisdiction quarterly tax filings

• Engaging with third-party accounting firms for consultations

• Assisting with cash flow budgeting and forecasting for foreign management entities

• Collaborating on annual audits and tax return preparations

• Assisting team with cash flow budgeting, forecasting and daily monitoring for foreign management entities

• Working closely with the Payroll Manager on quarterly filings/annual payroll and benefit reconciliations

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• BS in Accounting or related

• 7-10 years of solid corporate accounting experience

• Preference for public private experience

• Knowledge or background in international business would be an advantage

• Experience in real estate or PE would be a plus

• Prior supervisory experience

• CPA is desirable but not essential

• Strong technical abilities including advanced MS Office and Excel skills

• Self-motivated with high attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
