Robert Half Inventory Analyst in Boulder, Colorado

Description We are looking for an Inventory Analyst in the Hi Tech Engineering industry based in Boulder, Colorado. This role involves managing and optimizing inventory processes, applying ERP solutions, and ensuring efficient supply chain logistics. This role presents a long-term employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for managing inventory processes and maintaining accurate records.

• Ensure the quality assurance and control of inventory, conducting regular inventory audits, and managing annual physical inventory.

• Monitor and track inventory cycles and maintain accurate inventory records using IBM AS/400 and other relevant systems.

• Handle purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Utilize SAP for inventory tracking and management.

• Oversee the collection processes, ensuring efficient and timely collection of data.

• Communicate effectively with different stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.

• Manage the global supply chain logistics, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.

• Conduct regular audits of asset inventory and maintain accurate records.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data collection and analysis.

• Work closely with the manufacturing industry, ensuring accurate product costing and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM). Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Hi Tech Engineering industry

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with Interface Engine

• Proven experience in Auditing and Collection Processes

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

• Knowledge of SAP, Asset Inventory, Annual Physical Inventory, Inventory Audits, Inventory cycles, Inventory Records, and Inventory Tracking

• Experience in Quality Assurance Quality Control

• Understanding of the Manufacturing Industry

• Experience handling Purchase Orders

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics, Global Supply Chain, and Bill of materials (BOM)

• Familiarity with Product Costing and Data Collection processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
