Aerotek Production Worker (Entry-level) in Boulder, Colorado

Exciting Opportunity for Entry-Level Candidates: Join Our Team in Boulder, CO!

 Location: Boulder, CO (Gunbarrel area)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:40am - 2:45pm ($18/hr)

  • 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2:40pm - 10:45pm ($19.50/hr)

  • 3rd Shift: Sun-Thu, 10:40pm - 6:45am ($21/hr)

About the Role: Aerotek is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Workers in Boulder, CO. No prior experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing? No problem! We offer comprehensive on-the-job training to set you up for success.

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble Medical Devices: Work with precision and care, following detailed instructions to create high-quality products.

  • Use Basic Tools: Handle basic hand tools and equipment to complete your tasks efficiently.

  • Quality Assurance: Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet our top-notch standards.

  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your workspace tidy and organized to ensure a safe and productive environment.

  • Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety procedures to protect yourself and your teammates.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Clean Room Requirements:

  • Controlled Environment: Work in a clean room designed to minimize contamination.

  • Clean Room Attire: Wear gowns, gloves, and hairnets to maintain a sterile environment.

  • Hygiene Protocols: Follow strict cleanliness standards, including no make-up, lotion, or nail polish.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong hand-eye coordination to work with small parts.

  • Ability to stand at a workstation for up to 8 hours per day.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Willingness to work in a clean room environment.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.

  • Basic computer skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
