My client is an Affordable Housing Property Management company based in Boulder looking for their next Property Operations Specialist! This Property Operations Specialist role offers fabulous benefits, a clear growth path, and is paying up to $24/hr!

The Property Operations Specialist position is perfect for someone fresh out of college (or with a few years of experience) looking to get their foot in the door within Property Management and wants to work their way up!

Primary job duties for the Property Operations Specialist include:

• Assist with leasing of vacant units – showing available units, conducting landlord references, completing background checks, conduct pre-leasing inspections of vacant units

• Assisting with processing all paperwork and mailings regarding recertification’s and renewals

• Maintaining filing and logging systems

• Entering data into Yardi

• Monitoring rent collections and late payment reports

Requirements

Requirements for the Property Operations Specialist include:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Administrative, data entry, or in-office experience

• Strong MS Office experience

• Strong work ethic, adaptable, looking for growth

• Property Management software experience (bonus points for Yardi) is nice to have

• Affordable Housing, Section 8, HUD, Low-Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is nice to have
