About the Role:
As a CBRE Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you will coordinate clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure complex work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management team, which focuses on the successful completion of client facility needs and requests. Good customer service is key in this role!
What You’ll Do:
Directly communicate between client or landlord and various vendors by responding to client inquiries and concerns. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients.
Schedule repairs with vendors or technicians from work order requests
Review data from work order reports to determine performance and progress status.
Maintain accurate work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
Coordinate office and parking space allocation.
Present information to an internal department and large groups of employees.
Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
GMP or GXP experience
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Colorado Residents : CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $29.81 hourly and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $34.62 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
