Description

We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist. Our client needs an Accounts Payable Specialist who is skilled, takes initiative and is accurate.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be over:

• Primary responsibility is to handle the administrative and clerical needs of the AP/Finance Department

• Providing internal and external audit assistance as required

• Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

• Respond to vendors inquires, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve disputes

• Review and input invoices and check requests timely and accurately

  Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Detail oriented and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
