Job Title: Site-Civil EngineerJob Description

Design all aspects of engineering projects including layout, grading, earthwork, storm drain, septic, sanitary sewer, water, storm water management, and erosion/sediment control. Perform field investigations to determine existing conditions. Prepare agency design submission packages for reviews and approvals. Participate in permitting and completion of as-constructed/as-built drawings. Interpret and apply all applicable federal, state, and local codes. Draft technical specifications. Occasionally travel to project/client sites to complete tasks or attend meetings.

Hard Skills

• 2-7 years of relevant design experience in the site-civil engineering field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D

• Experience designing land development projects

• EIT Certification or ability to obtain an EIT Certification within the next 6 months (preferred, not required)

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Bowie, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

In-office role with a small team of 5-7 people, with plans to expand rapidly.
