Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

Delegate team members to their work areas for the day. Monitor team and ensure they are hitting KPIs. Meet production cost schedule and maintain quality requirements. Train, develop, and evaluate employees. Maintain corporate management control systems, including audit reports, Time Keeping System, and grievance systems. Maintain department records. Oversee up to 30 employees.
