Job Duties:

• Fiscally shows sound management in control of equipment and supplies inventories.  Advises COO/CIO/CISO on budgets, invoices, and records as needed.

• Oversees and controls the quality of work completed by maintenance personnel during daily rounds.  Controls work orders and job prioritizing.

• Project management of construction and renovations.

• Capital improvement installation oversight

• Off-site property maintenance service oversight.

  QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree required

• Valid Driver's license required

• 5 years management experience required 

• Plant Operations or Facilities
