JE Dunn's Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) combines Mission Critical, Advanced Industries, and Industrial & Manufacturing into one high-performing team focused on cutting-edge work to serve innovative clients on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. As part of the Advanced Facilities team, you'll work on some of the most advanced construction projects across the country, growing your career alongside our diverse team of industry professionals. Key Role Responsibilities - Core OFFICE MANAGER FAMILY - CORE Responsible for facilities management including working regularly with vendors to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained office space. Assures general office cleanliness, including the regular inspection and validation of externally provided services (restroom cleaning, breakroom, etc.). Manages all matters related to the essential operations and functions of the office, including related maintenance calls and service requests. Conducts inventories on office supplies and coordinates order management and purchasing. Primary liaison on all issues of support and administrative functions for partners at the office, including overflow support for alternate office locations as needed. Plans and executes company events including business events and employee gatherings. Assists with planning and orchestrating office-wide events, activities, and initiatives, as assigned. Administers programs in assigned area(s) and ensures changes and updates are communicated to appropriate internal and external partners. Manages incoming calls, the office phones, location calendar, and reservations system for visitor office spaces and conference rooms, assures cleanliness and sanitization of shared and client-facing spaces. Delivers an exceptional level of service while acting as a primary point of contact for all office employees and visitors; assisting with routine inquiries related to the building, office services processes, guest registration, and other onsite activities. Works closely with leadership teams and supports scheduling, travel, and monthly expense reporting. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to perform work accurately and completely Ability to follow-up on inquiries in a timely manner Communication skills, verbal and written - Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office - Advanced Proficiency in CMiC - Intermediate Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to provide performance management feedback Education Bachelors' degree in business administration or related field (Preferred) In lieu of the above requirements, relevant experience will be considered Experience 5+ years general office administration or related specialist experience (Preferred) Working Environment Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds Typically travel is not required Normal office environment Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen Occasional activity: Standing, Walking, Bending, Reaching above Shoulder Benefits Information The benefits package aligned to this position is Professional Non-Union.
