Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Create and enter new orders in a fashion that clearly communicates the customer's desires. Offer value engineering on projects when possible. Produce quotes and estimates for customers that have been confirmed with co-workers. Perform occasional field measures. Design, model, and draft projects to create concise and easy-to-interpret drawings. Ensure drawings adhere to Midwest design and drafting standards. Provide phone and walk-in customers with sales help and support. Work with vendors for material quoting, ordering, order progress, and troubleshooting. Help check-in special order material to ensure quality and accuracy. Source, order, and provide hardware/fasteners for jobs as needed. QA projects when shop coordinator is unavailable. Follow job progress from inception to delivery. Help with field installation when needed. Assist progress of other jobs and departments (confirm dimensions, customer wants) when needed and possible. Assist co-workers and customers with troubleshooting projects. Assist with answering the phones as needed. Collaboration with entire department and other departments.
