• 2-3 years of Service Desk Support

• 2-3 years Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10/11, Wifi troubleshooting experience

Description:

Our client is looking for a Service Desk that will provide phone support. They will be receiving 10-20 tickets daily. This includes but is not limited to handling fixes over the phone, remote into machines, troubleshooting software, password resets, etc.. Looking for somebody that is eager to learn and grow and be apart of a collaborative team. They will be using a formalized ticketing systems as well.
