In our time of Company growth, we are seeking Human Resources Operations Clinical Recruiter.

The Human Resources Operations Clinical Recruiter plays a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing clinical professionals in various healthcare settings within MCR Health. The Human Resources Operations Clinical Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop job descriptions, and execute sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting phone screens and interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and coordinating offers. The Human Resources Operations Clinical Recruiter will also assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and are set up for success within the organization.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

  • Utilizing various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify qualified candidates
  • Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and compatibility with client requirements
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for current and future job opening
  • Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Supports the goals and mission of MCR Health
  • Adheres to the safety policies and procedures of MCR Health
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you need to bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred), or at least five (5) years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience required
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in clinical settings
  • Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and clinical roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology, including ATS and sourcing platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality results
