Equipment/Fleet Platform Administrator - Tenna

We are looking to add a Platform Administrator to our team with the goal of decreasing incidents while our fleet grows. This position will sit in our headquarters in Branchburg, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and be lead person on the Platform.

• Support Safety and Fleet Compliance policies through the Platform.

• Trouble shoot platform issues, like user access.

• Handle all related assessments.

• Monitor fleet videos for infractions.

• Ability to create reports and write ups on driving infractions.

• Stay up to date with the latest market trends to create quality best practices.

• Ability to consolidate database content.

• Be the main point of contact to employees, drivers, and division managers

• Report violations to Directors and Senior Management.

• Create and implement process improvements.

• Data clean up.

• Build monitoring metrics.

• Enforce proper asset utilization and reporting hours.

• Perform division audits with Ferreira initiatives.

• Assist management in periodically reviewing and optimizing processes related to the platform.

  Requirements:

• Database management experience.

• College degree.

• DOT Experience preferred.

• Experience in analyzing data to confirm root cause.

• Strong individual with computer experience.

• Experience in trouble shooting.
