PALACE VIEW Office Administrator in Branson, Missouri

PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - JOB DESCRIPTION (This is not a definitive list of duties and duties may be subject to change as necessary) 1. Check USPS mailbox and office drop box daily for payments and correspondence and process accordingly 2. Review all bills and invoices and process accordingly 3. Receive and deposit all incoming due payments, keep tracking spreadsheet and contact owners as needed for non-payment 4. Complaints and Owner Issues - process or forward accordingly 5. Resale Certificates - prepare and respond accordingly with supporting documentation 6. Welcome packets and New Owner Orientation - set up meetings and acquire/provide information as needed 7. Filing and Document Maintenance 8. Payroll - input employee hours and process accordingly 9. Miscellaneous - various duties as may be assigned by Board president 10. Board Meeting Preparation and Attendance 11. Prepare Office Admin. Report for Board Meetings 12. Light cleaning of clubhouse as needed
