Job Summary

The mountain safety attendant works as our on-hill representation of safety and guest service. Promote safety within our amazing sport by providing quality feedback and communication to our guests. Enjoy the outdoors and be the friendly face of the resort on the mountain.

Job Specifications

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.36 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Holiday Help, Part Time

  • Weekdays, weekends, holidays

  • Skill Level: Entry Level

Job Responsibilities

  • Enforce the Skier Responsibility Code and Resort policies with guests and employees

  • Provide strong guest service to internal and external guests

  • Maintain mountain safety materials

  • Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly My Epic support to guests in need, and be knowledgeable of where guests can go for additional support.

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

  • Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment

  • Intermediate or above ability to ski or ride, at minimum of Level 7

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.36. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
