The top priority for the logistics team member is to ensure our inventory is loaded and packed safely into box trucks and placed into our clients' homes with care. Moving experience, driving a box truck and a DOT Medical card are preferable. The logistics team member works closely with the staging associates and our warehouse manager. No room for bad attitudes or negativity in our operation. We always work as a team, with lots of laughs and plenty of treats.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Skilled mover who loves the physical demands of moving. On most days, the logistics team member will complete 1-3 moves. Staging furniture is typically lighter than regular household furniture, but given our service area no two projects are alike and you can expect challenging moves and unique layouts! You must be able to lift 75+ LBS with help.

• Safe driver. This position is expected to drive a box truck and/or van. A valid drivers license is required. A clean driving record and DOT medical card are preferred.

• Great communicator. Our staging projects are often time sensitive so frequent and open communication is key to success in this position, as there is constant communication between the staging, operations and logistics teams.

• Positive attitude and customer-service oriented. We offer the highest quality service to our clients and we expect this position to deliver remarkable experiences as well. You need to be someone who feels good by making other people feel good. The ideal candidate will do the job efficiently, safely, and timely, while still offering spectacular customer service to our clients.

• Safe and conscientious. Personal and team safety and the safety of our inventory is of utmost importance. We want the work to be done right the first time by an individual who is detail oriented and completes the job correctly with pride and care.

• Flexible and adaptable. On occasion things get a little chaotic and we need the logistics team member to remain calm, adapt easily to change and go with the flow.

• Ability to use basic tools, like a drill and hammer. The logistics team member will assist our Warehouse Manager with furniture un-boxing and assembly and help the staging team hang art in clients homes.

• Consistent, reliable transportation. The logistics team member is expected to come to our Brentwood, MO 6,000 sq ft. warehouse within the hours communicated.

• Confident with technology. This position requires regular communication with the staging team via various technologies and will use our app-based staging inventory system (StageForce) for day-to-day projects.

• Organized and motivated. The job often requires independent work at the warehouse while the staging team is at the project site. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that can keep track of tasks, priorities and can tackle warehouse projects during the non-staging hours.

• Creative Problem Solver. The ideal candidate will look for ways to creatively overcome day-to-day challenges, resulting in overall moving and warehouse efficiencies.

• Dependable and trustworthy. We are looking for a candidate who is punctual, honest and hard-working. We are a team and we expect all team members to arrive on-time and ready to work for our projects to run smoothly.

• Confident, polished appearance and an outgoing personality. The logistics team member will represent our brand and will interact occasionally with our clients at the project site. We will provide uniforms, and although we are casual, we expect everyone on our team to be a glowing reflection of our highly regarded brand.
