We are seeking multiple Quality Inspectors in the Suffolk County area. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our metal products meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for inspecting materials, parts, and finished products throughout the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help ensure that we meet both customer specifications and regulatory requirements. work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications and standards.

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).

  • Record and report inspection results, including any non-conformances, and work closely with production teams to resolve issues.

  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure improvements are made and quality standards are maintained.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

  • Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment as required.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in audits.
