What you’ll do:
The Manager, Provider Enrollment is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Provider Enrollment Team, also assists and supports the AVP, Provider Enrollment.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource to Provider Enrollment Specialists and Market staff on questions and issues regarding provider enrollment. Provide final oversight and approval on the quality of work produced by the team to ensure established processes and procedures are followed.
- Responsible for monitoring staff productivity; provides analysis and produces audits of each staff member for the AVP Provider Enrollment.
- Assist and participate in the creation and implementation of training materials, communication tools, policies/procedures for provider enrollment.
- Onboard, train, assist, coach and mentor new staff on department and Company specific processes, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate and coordinate with facilities and clinic groups to resolve issues and review processes.
- Serve as a liaison with vendor partners (i.e. Bizagi, MD Staff etc.).
- Develop reports from Power BI system to monitor Provider Enrollment department performance.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Exhibit a [comprehensive] understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.

*Supervisory Responsibilities: *
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
What you’ll need:
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Experience:5 years’ experience in managed care credentialing and billing. (preferred)
