Insight Global Marketing Manager in Brentwood, Tennessee

Job Description

This position is multifaceted, focusing on marketing strategy and execution for retail operations.

The primary focus will be on support for new stores (including grand opening events), stores and regions facing competitive pressure or underperformance, and maintaining strong internal relationships with Store Operations and Leadership. This role will also require learning existing marketing team processes and ensuring integration of this work into the rest of the department's workflow whenever possible. Key responsibilities include:

  1. New Store Support: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch marketing initiatives for new stores, ensuring a successful grand opening.

  2. Revitalization of Underperforming Stores/Regions: Analyzing data with the Customer Analytics team to diagnose underperformance issues and crafting targeted marketing strategies to boost results.

  3. Competitive Pressure Response: Keeping an eye on competitors and formulating marketing strategies to preserve market share and customer loyalty in competitive areas.

  4. Internal Collaboration: Building strong relationships with internal teams to participate in strategy development and bring creative marketing solutions to the table.

  5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraging performance data and customer insights to make informed marketing decisions and enhance campaign performance.

  6. Multi-Channel Marketing Expertise: Utilizing knowledge of various marketing channels to create specialized campaigns for different customer demographics.

  7. Process Integration: Learning and following established marketing processes, balancing both planned activities and adaptive responses to unexpected market changes.

This role requires a blend of analytical skills to interpret market data and creativity to develop effective marketing campaigns, all while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and processes.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 4 years of marketing experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications

Understands multiple channels of marketing (email, social media, etc.)

Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word · Demonstrate effective project management, organization, communication and multi-tasking skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels

· Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and preferences. Able to develop targeted marketing messages that resonate with specific customer segments.

· Experience with retail marketing

· Experience with Asana

· Experience in Tableau

· Any Campaign Marketing experience
