What you’ll do:

The Senior Analyst, Match Resolution, supports Tier 2 Help Desk Ticket resolutions from suppliers and sites with complex order change, return or discrepancy issues.

Responsibilities:

• Supports Tier 2 Help Desk Ticket resolutions from suppliers and sites with complex order change, return or discrepancy issues.
• Performs edits to POs as needed while working with site receiving, suppliers and accounts.
• Ensures Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Exhibit a [comprehensive] understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.

What you’ll need:

Education:Bachelors Degree preferably in the areas of Supply Chain Operations or related years of experience.

Experience:Minimum 2-3 years with experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment.
